The General Assembly is the main organ of the United Nations. This committee does not focus on a specific issues, it handles humanitarian, economic, political, social and legal problems. Since its creation in 19451, it has sought international peace in all basic and relevant aspects the United Nations covers. The General Assembly consists of 193 Member States with equal importance and participation. Votes have equal worth and the resolutions need at least a a ⅔’s approval from the committee. All of the Member States work with the United Nations in different aspects to target global issues.
